Pick N Go Systems offers two subscription tiers:
Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date as your initial purchase. Charges will appear on your statement under "Pick N Go Systems." You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
We may offer a free trial period. After the free trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. No charges will be made during the trial period.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through our secure payment processors. All payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
You agree to pay all subscription fees listed on your account. Fees are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We will add applicable taxes to your invoice.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry payment. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your account access may be suspended until payment is received.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused service.
We may modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including software, code, design, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by Pick N Go Systems or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to content you upload, including menu items, business information, and customer data. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
